Having worked extensively in customer support and service roles at Xero and Intuit, I've seen firsthand the importance of clear communication and user-friendly solutions. This experience has made me a strong advocate for the end-user, ensuring their perspectives are at the heart of every design decision.
In my previous roles, I frequently collaborated with various development teams. I assessed risks across product, platform, and security layers, and helped communicate expectations clearly to users.
